高压膨胀可回收快速封孔技术研究

Research on Recyclable and Rapid Hole Sealing Technology by High-pressure Expansion

摘要: 针对目前国内已有的瓦斯抽放封孔技术存在无法回收利用、成本高,费时费力、效率低等问题,通过理论分析及反复试验,研制出了高压膨胀可回收快速封孔装置。通过现场应用及观测发现,该装置操作方便、可多孔重复使用,封孔压力足够大、安全性高,煤层钻孔瓦斯的抽放浓度较传统技术提高了40%~60%。由此得出,该技术可在保障工人人身安全的前提下,进一步提高封孔效果和瓦斯的抽采效率,推广使用可使生产的成本大大降低。

Abstract: Based on the problem of non-recovery, high cost, a waste of time, laboriousness, low efficiency and so forth which existed in the current domestic existing technology of hole sealing for gas drainage, the device of recyclable and rapid hole sealing by high-pressure expansion has been developed through theoretical analysis and repeated test. Field application and observation showed that the device which is easy to operate and can be reused by multiple drilling is able to provide large enough hole sealing pressure and high safety. The drainage concentration of the gas in the coal seam has increased by 40% to 60% when compared with traditional technology. Thus, under the premise of workers' personal safety, the effect of hole sealing and efficiency of gas extraction can be further improved. Promoting this technology can reduce the production cost greatly.
